im doing "weathered and decayed for my art in school and came up with the idea of this.
what do u think?

Great idea the first is my favorite i think I know how it was done but i will let you tell everyone how it was done.

great idea for what you mention Liam... "weathered and decayed'
I like the pictures a lot
maybe cropping the foreground a little off both shots would make more impact on the lovely art designs on the ruins

in the first shot the old building is slanting slightly
it gives that impression because of where you were standing when taking the photograph.
buildings , old or new, can be tricky to get just right as you probably know
these are weathered and decayed already but your touch adds a dimension which I am sure the teacher will be very impressed with

thanks for all the interest
well i tried lots of ideas but this worked the best.

convert to grayscale
find a graffiti photo
drag the graphiti onto the building
resize so it fits
apply a layer mask
fill it black
then paint the graffit in with the white pen
apply oppacity to 81% so that the rocks show undernieth the graffiti
done.
