How old is the battery?
But it is easy to check the charger. Look at the voltage coming from the charger. It should be 4.2 volts for that battery I believe. If the voltage is much below 4, then the battery will not charge. If the voltage is 4.2, next measure the battery. It should read very close to 3.8. If it is not and the charger will not charge, it is time to replace the battery.

Not sure why, but call me JJ.
I used to hate math but then I realised decimals have a point.

And both show the same problem? If so odds are that the charger is not working. It would be quite coincidental for two batteries to fail at the same time.

you are probably right, as i didn't find my tool to measure the voltage (don't know how to say in english), i used my tong on the charger and the batteries: nothing for the charger (luckily for me !).

Conclusion: i am going to buy a new charger (40$ in France). urghh !
Thanks a thousand time for your help ! (i tried to find a solution on french forums for more than a week, and when i come here i get helps in less than 20 minutes !!!)

Good luck, hope that solves the problem.
