Not sure what these pics where set up with,(not at home)but I did use the 400 almost all night,then changed over to 55:200 also used the trypod a lot.
I will post more pics,but I think my problem was trying to take all my pics in 10 minutes instead of using a little patience.

1st sporting shots can do that to you :D Wellll then...I fully expect you to go back, armed with some of that patience and hurry back here and let us see some more!

I love your selective coloring of the first, think it works well with the softness of the shot which gives it a dreamy feel.

Butch..I would guess he is also applying some blur, but here's a great thread on here about selective coloring...

I have used the de-saturate and history brush methods before but this one doesn't look like it's done that way. It looks like everything has automatically de-saturated except for yellow. Is this done a different way?
