Beautiful, love the colours and the lighting. Your trains look so much cleaner than ours .

I agree the lighting and colors are great and they do seem cleaner than our trains!

A nice photo, Marie. I like how the skylight roof adds to this image.

Nice shot of a great looking station, Marie. But couldn't it use a few of the people you're always shooting? ;)

many thanks Graphyfotoz, Sandy, Mike, Deb , Harold and Frank

it was afternoon so there were not too many people around

some of the trains are much older and maybe heavier looking
all these trains are jam packed during the rush hours as many people commute to and from the city
so many have moved that the county towns have lost a lot of their quiet ways (and byways)
the big fashion stores followed too with even bigger shopping centres (mostly UK owned).... which means more and more traffic congestion in and all around the *smaller towns
(which *once were)

thanks again everyone

:)

looks great, colours are awesome, but personally I'd like to see a bit more of the bottom of the train and the image needs to be straightened

The Black and White image has a lot of charm, for me. It all works - the people, the bridge, the train, the switches. It is one of those pictures I just want to step into.
