Hi all,

I'm thinking of getting it mostly for my macro photography. Saw the Canon one but huge price tag comparatively. A lot of China made in the ebay. Does anyone do any review on any of these brand? Any recommendation?

Thanks

7D, 450D, EF17-40L, EF70-200/2.8L IS, 580EX, 550EX,..... Benro C-427 CF Tripod, Markin M10 Ballhead;

With all these gears, my photos still suck

I bought one of ebay from a guy the uk, the make was seagul, I haven't used it that much but have found it useful the times that I have. It wad well made and had a selection of eye holder atachments so ot could be used on a range of cameras not just Canon. You can adjust the focus on it so you can get the image sharp by that I mean it likea diopta adjustment. The main differnce between that and the canon one is that the canon you can maginfly which might well be an advantage if you do a real lot of macro,but for what I do it is fine and well other the price I paid which was not all that much.

Hope that helps

I got the LVSH Anglefinder from eBay (external link) for about $65 and it does magnify from 1.25x to 2.5x, which is the same as the Canon Angle Finder C.

In 1.25x mode it does not cut off any of the information you see in the VF (aperture, shutter, EC). In 2.5x mode it magnifies the center of the VF screen so you can focus as sharply as your lens possibly can. It comes with case and buch of adapters for all type of eyecups.

Pretty nice for the price.

I wonder how long I have to hang out on POTN before I get as good as Ansel Adams ?

My Angle Finder B fits on my 30D. Don't use it much, but it does fit.

"Raw" is not an acronym, abbreviation, nor a proper noun; thus, it should not be in capital letters.
