Nice... i didn't think they still flew these, and even more so in High Vis colors.

As far as I know, the Navy has not selected the replacement for the P-3 for the ASW mission. Personally, I wish they would just build more brand-new P-3s. I've loved that plane for years;) ;)

Nice pic BTW; maybe a little more prop blur would be better, but that's pretty much personal preference.

P.S. It may be high-viz when viewed against a blue sky, but maybe not so much from above when doing low-levels over the ocean.

i see those everyday... they are always flying pretty low overhead, we have a base here that has at least 10-15 of them... :)

i think there is going to be a replacement... in the forum of a boring 737... i've seen some white low level flying 737s flying overheads more recent these days.
