I have this program and it is new to me. Can this program be used to remove glare from the subjects glasses?
If so, where would I look to find this feature?

No program can do that. You need to manually edit the photo using the tools in the program. You're going to need to read a book on it or spend a lot of hours messing around with it to do this.
