Hi
I have a Canon IXUS 40 that when turned on does not go into camera mode!
I can only use the camera to record and view video footage.
When the mode selector is selected to Camera and the device is turned on, it starts in video mode and stays like that.
I've tried formatting my memory card in case it was unhappy with something on there but I still have the same problem.
Play mode shows me my recorded videos and before I formatted the card was not showing any pictures that had been stored on it.
Any suggestions?
