Hi all. I havent posted in a while, and thought I'd finally put something up before bedtime. Its three versions of the same shot, taken in old saybrook, ct over the freakishly warm weekend. I'd love to hear your critiques, as always.

I like the last b/w conversion the best.. Great shot, I wish I had some nice lighthouses around here to shoot!

Yeah, I like the 2nd conversion better too. But still the original is my favorite. Living in NEPA I'm always happy to get a sky that's not already gray.

Thanks. I had to drive about half an hour to get there and it was in a private estate, so I couldnt get any closeups. Any critiques?

I was going to say... get closer, but I guess you couldn't. To me, the focus is the tree, that is what my eyes are drawn to, not the lighthouse. Colorwise, I prefer #3 as it seems to even things out.
