I open this thread with a subpar duck pic, since this is my first birding experience with the new 70-200 2.8.

1)

IMAGE: http://www.bradgoldring.com/temp_host/POTN/bird1.jpg

Some lady showed up while I was there, and started feeding the ducks and gulls, so I ran over to capitalize on the free help!

2) I'm rather entertained/pleased with this one:

3) And then all the gulls started bullying the pigeons out! Hilarious.
IMAGE: http://www.bradgoldring.com/temp_host/POTN/bird3.jpg

4) A successful acquisition:

5) And he's outta there:

6) Double landing/attack:

7)

8) I just really like how this came out overall, unbalanced, but it still kinda works for it:

I wish I could post more, so instead I encourage you to click these ones as well:

11) This one is pretty funny I think: http://www.bradgoldring.com/temp_host/POTN/bird12.jpg (external link)

12) This one I post simply as a disappointment of what could have been, this is UNCROPPED, and if it had just been in focus it would go down as my BEST picture EVER, straight outta the camera: http://www.bradgoldring.com/temp_host/POTN/bird13.jpg (external link)

Thanks for making it all the way through!
