I mean it is so permanent lol Your right I will never understand why people do it, but it is your own body First, to address that statement. I know the subject is already dead, but it's comments like this that just crack me up.

It seems to permanent! I mean I can see a little one, but some are whole body worth! I have always wondered why people do that to their bodies? Thanks I used to think tattoos were ugly, gross, wrong, you name it and I had every negative opinion of it you could imagine. My dad had a tattoo so it wasn't like I hadn't been around it all my life but I still didn't like them. Along with being passionate about photography, I am also passionate about music and my children. (those 2 actually came LONG before photography) Ginger's Stuff

I know the subject is already dead, but it's comments like this that just crack me up. I've never been terribly frightened when getting a tattoo. Perhaps you meant scarring? ;] Anyways, there are far more negatively damaging and scarring things that people do to their bodies other than tattoos. McDonalds anyone? Second, I thought this thread was about posting shots of tattoos... So, enough on that end without coming off as too big of an arse. Self portrait with my new 5D (as one might notice, I'm still trying to figure out how to use it). Taken with my old Rebel xti on a tripod. Great shot. I do not have a tattoo yet, my fiancee said once we get married if i still want one she will go with me to get it. I guess that is fair enough. I am getting the Japanese rising sun on my shoulder with mizuta in the middle of it. (My Grandmothers maiden name). Website

Nothing compared to the sensational ink shown here or even the high calibre photography, but nonetheless here's my addition to the thread. Canon EOS 80D

*I'm gonna beat that dead horse myself* Oh and it's not necessarily a lifestyle "thing", I'm not committed to any sort of lifestyle except my children....lol.....I'm a manager in a doctor's office getting ready to get promoted to Director, I wear a suit everyday to work, I'm not trash because I'm covered in tattoos. I own a home, two cars, support two children that attend private schools and own a photography company, nope no trash here, no loss of income due to the fact that I have tattoos either. We just don't live in a society that condemns people for tattoos anymore, the world is changing....you better step up that mentality or you'll get left in the dust. ~Kat
