More shots from the BCS Bowl. Just now making it through the game portion of the photos... more to come. Let me know what you think... good or bad. :)
Thanks for looking.

As much as I hate that my Bucks lost, those are some nice shots. Maybe next time, the Bucks won't bring the JV team and come to play.

On image number six... how did you get such a great deal of DOF? Just curious how much you could stop your lens down to achieve a fast enough shutter speed to stop the action. I guess the lights in that stadium are far better than any night football game I have shot.

Many thanks! Part 1 is here ... LINK

Many thanks!! I shot for a local paper. Glad you like the shots. :)

The lighting wasn't the best...compared to anything outside a stadium...this was wonderful in comparison. I shot the majority of photos @ ISO 800 (should have shot 1600) wide open...f2.8-f4.0 I would have to check the exif data to see what the last shot was set at. Most shots were 1/250th-1-400th a sec. Hope this helps?

Thanks again for looking and the great comments. More shots here in my Flickr gallery....

Great shots! I think that the lighting is good. It looks that you're a Buckeye fan from the shots that you took. Not many Gator Pics.

I think that the Bucks were outplayed from the start or at least after Ohio kicked off to them after they ran the opening kickoff back. The SEC teams are tough and it showed Monday night.

As one of the few Gator fans living in Ohio I have to say great shots.

I'm not a fan of either team :) But... these shots were in the first part of the game...towards the 2nd qtr and into the 3rd and 4th...I shot a lot of Florida. I tried to balance it out. Have a look in the gallery link... many shots of the Gators in action :)

THanks for the comments all. Glad you enjoyed the shots. I have round 3 ready to post :)

Just finished looking at your site. I liked the one you had on In_Hell; very funny. Hey, a lot of great shots there. You did an excellent job. How did you get on the sidelines?
I don't agree with your comment about "Just a rookine having fun". I think that can be changed.

Thank you Tim for the kind words. :)

How did you get on the sidelines?

I shot for the base paper. I haven't made it to the Medal of Honor guys...to include John McCain. I will post those shots later. To be honest... just very lucky and very excited I was there the see the big game.

I don't agree with your comment about "Just a rookine having fun". I think that can be changed.

LOL I'm always going to be a rookie... it's just a way for me to strive to get better with photography. I'm not sure I will ever get comfortable with the term "Pro Photographer" ... I have tons to learn.

Thanks again.

Yea, I think they should waited until after this game to pick a Heisman Trophy winner.
