This shot was taken shortly after sunrise with a 10-stop ND filter. I was intending it to be a landscape but my friend, not realising I was taking a long exposure, walked right into the frame. I like the blurry splash of colour her shirt makes and the fresh, crisp boot prints she left on the beach. The angle at which they enter the frame and her position in it could hardly have been any better had I planned the shot.
