Ok so Im hearing its a good program to get rid of our wonderful Digital Grain.

But the question I have is I downloaded the free version and was wondering if I should pay whatever the price is and get the full version or not?

I am running an old 1GHz Mirrordrive mac with 2g memory in OS X.4.8.

I've used the plug in version for quite a while and at times it's indispensible. However, I purchased it when I started shooting with a 300D. Now, with the 5D and 1Dmk2, I don't really use it often. A lot depends on how big you print. I might use it for an ISO1600 shot when printing a 16x20, but for up to 8x10 I don't bother. I can't see the noise in prints taken by either camera. A proper exposure is a must, though. Underexpose and then compensate in Photoshop, and you will see the noise.
