Anyone know of a good but non expensive raincover to atleast house my 350D and 70-200? At the moment im just looking on eBay having recently sold something, I have a few pounds to spend. I can only seem to find one thats over £20 but isnt that a bit too much? It looks good but dont know if its worth it. Or any other links would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

@Pricey - Everything for these cameras seems to cost so much!! I wanted the www.stormjacket.com (external link) as well until I saw the Kata E-702 (http://www.kata-bags.com …=61&perentId=4&ProdLine=4 (external link)) -- I got the Kata for Christmas and really do like it a lot!! It completely covers the camera and allows for full view of the back of the camera and operation of all controls. If cost really is that much of an issue - before I had the Kata (and in a couple of emergencies) I used a shower cap (free from hotels - they really want you to take them!!) or a small garbage bag. A decent rain cover (especially in Florida, Seattle or Alaska -- all places I shoot) really was in the cards for me and I am quite pleased with this. Happy snapping!!

I have the Kata as well. ISTR the 690's a tad cheaper than the 702 which I have, but less extensible (doesn't take the E-704 long lens extensions).

I have one of these and it works great. Kind of like a rain jacket sleeve with elastic on both ends.

That is what I have and I use it constantly. Great cover, flexible, and it is always in my bag so it actually gets used.

If your willing to spend more and get a Lowepro CompuTrecker AW which can hold a 15.4" Laptop and six lenses and 2 bodies including 70-200 2.8L IS fixed to a body.

The great thing is underneath it had a pouch that contains a raincoat.:D:D:D
