Hi,

Anybody use this accessories? Found a lot of them in ebay. Seems like very practical rather 'black white grey card'.

Thanks

No first-hand experience with one for still cameras, but a bunch of years ago at least one industrial/professional video camera (JVC?) had one. AFAIK, it worked OK. I have done something similar in a pinch: put a white styrofoam coffee cup over the video lens, pointed it toward the light source, and white balanced. Worked fine, even though it was an odd sodium-vapor type of orangey light in a warehouse.

Thanks Ross,

I bought one through ebay. I guess $10 won't hurt if I make mistake. Will review once I received it...:)

any Gray card white balance system will work. Its better than having nothing.

I use a cheap $5 8x10 gray card and it works wonders. Much better than having nothing at all.
