These 2 photos were from last August’s vacation in Europe. The musicians were playing under a canopy on a narrow street in Sarlat-la-Caneda, in Central France. The photos seem to have lost saturation during Save-for-Web. Still learning Photoshop (6) so any C or C are welcome.


#1 70-200 F4.0 @ 91mm, F4.5, 1/90 sec braced against a building, ISO 400

#2 70-200 F4.0 @ 200mm, F4.0, 1/125 sec, ISO 400

Lovely Kevin, and especially the second one.

As to save for web saturation, I've read that you can suffer from this if you use Adobe RGB instead of sRGB. There is also an improvement in the Save for Web dialog if you choose to "Use Document Color Profile" instead of "Uncompensated Color" which seems to be the default (in CS2). You can change this by clicking on the tiny triangle button above/left of the save button.
