That's how long until I'm in the glorious L club. I placed the order last night and B&H says it's shipped today. finally broke down and got one. A 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS USM that is. Been wanting to push the button for a while now and finally had the balls to do it. Now the waiting begins. Have to go find me a Duck next weekend .

I HATE waiting. Why didn't you spring for the overnight shipping? You are better man than I am.

This will be the longest 3-5 days of your life. I wish I could have a nickel for every time I've gone to the UPS site to check the shipping status of an item.

I've got 300/2.8 I.S. arriving on monday, it's going to be a very very long 48hrs. If only UPS would deliver on saturday or sunday... i can see it in UPS tracking, it's just 50 miles away and not moving

Congrats on the new lens. Just got mine, but the ducks have all gone south for the winter. Have taken pics of everything in the house. Wife is getting p*ssed at me.
