I once read never to use any fluid on your lens, but I was talking about the view finder. I mean how bad can a eye glass cleaner towl be ? Canon 40d

Simply putting a drop of liquid on the eyepiece is highly risky of seeping into the pentaprism housing. You need to give me OK to edit your image and repost!
