Just getting around to playing with this lens. 2nd one shows the focal range at 1.8, as I've focused on snow in front of the candle. Talk about low light! Really fun little lens.

wow, nice shots. I like the first one but it may be just a bit to centered. either move it up or down. I would think down would be best. But nice either way.

These were taken with my XTi and nifty fifty (50mm/1.8). Handheld at ISO 400 (1/40 on the 2nd one). I think the 1st was taken at 1/250. I accidentally deleted it off my card, so I don't know how to check setts. Thanks
