Yosemite - Half Dome Face

We went to Yosemite on our usual winter vacation January 1.
Not a lot of snow in the valley.
About 2:30 in the afternoon the sun would shine on a ledge on the face of Half Dome and light up some trees. I loved the look!

Nicely captured Julio _ it almost makes one think the evergreen pines are yellow. Looking forward to seeing more.

We were up over New Year for 4 days. I haven't got round to processing any shots yet. The lack of fresh snow was a bit disappointing, but that's always assuaged somewhat by not having to put chains on.
