Here are a couple of shots from a high school basketball game last night. Just got my nifty fifty and was very pleased with it. All comments and suggestions are welcome.

The majority of the people here could probably handle two 100-150kb files in a matter of seconds so theres no need to be pushing your image quality down to 50kb (which really takes away from the image imo). Yeah, looking at it again I think the Noise Ninja was a little much. Thanks. Mediasoldier wrote in post #2535358 I agree, and your compression seems a bit to much. Actually, if anyone else has any tips on using a flash for shooting indoor sports, I would mind hearing their two cents... (maybe I should start a new thread now that I think of it) I've never had any coaches or players tell me the flash bothered them and I've asked plenty of times. I've tried shooting without the flash since I got the 50 f/1.8, but the lights are too bad to not use the flash. Canon 40D - 50 f1.8 - 70-200 f/2.8 - 17-55 f/2.8 IS - 580EX Speelite - 2X Extender
