Anybody owns a dynatran AT 3770?
How's it? I need something light and tall enough.
I just thought this would be the right one as I like to do macro and since this is a 3-way pan head, it should be able to shoot a moving car right?
Advice are welcome. ..

I think it is better to try out a similar tripod at your local camera store. Nothing beats a personal experience.

I just got one to use as a travel tripod. My ohter one is an old steele Star-D Tripod that is very stable but VERY heavey....

I find the 3770 to be a good travel pod its light relatively small and seems pretty stable if your gonna hang a big L lens off the camera it may be a little much for it. I like the fact that it has the hook on the bottom so you can hang a weight off it to get some more stability.

Keep in mind these are only selling for around $30 so you get what you pay for....don't expect a $150 tripod for that money.

I am really being very indecisive.
I know for sure that I would spend 80 dollars on the max including S&H, but it's just being a matter of chices. And need more time I guess. I'm interested in the 3770 but again I think again that if I were to upgrade my gear to slr later on, I would probably have to buy a more sturdy tripod. Weight is not a very important factor for me as I think I can handle it. So I would just go for a sturdier, heavy, competitive prices.
