This is my first post.
I've been scannig the site for a few months and decided it's time to have some critical feedback on some of my images.
This is a pic of my daughter Sophie.
Any comments?

I don't see any color in her eyes, they are grey/B&W to me.

Your orientation seems awkward to me. She was likely sitting up straight by you took the picture at an angle. The selective coloring does not work for me because it is a minor item in the picture.

I looked at the shot for a while, and her eyes started to look blue.....I was crazy to start out with, so disregard that, then.

Why did you add a pattern overlay to the image (looks like you used a fabric pattern)? I'm not too keen on that for this image.

Thanks for your comments guys.
Yes there is a hint of blue in the eyes!
The texture was added at the last minute. Some people liked it , some didn't.
