Hello eveyone, Here are my first attempts from the latest Summernats car festival in Canberra. All three were taken with a 350D and the 18-55 kit lens. What do you think?

Can you please explain how you achieved the look in the first and last photographs? Can I assume the first shot was achieved by panning, or was it blurred in post-production? How did you blur the last image? HH

I see. Was it a box blur in Photoshop CS2? Do you recall how much you applied? I also notice that part of the wheels are blurred on the last shot. Do you include that part of the car when you blurred the background or was that a result of shutter speed when you photographed the cars? HH
