Which one looks better, B&W or colour?

I think B&W - only because the selective colouring really draws the focus to the car, whereas in the colour one the 3 guys in the background are almost the focus. Just my novice opinion! :-)

It's a nice shot either way.

i'd say #2 as well,
one thing to try is desaturate the car just a bit
