Im taking everything as well, it all fits nicely in my crumpler oh and i just happen to have a set of extension tubes as well...

I really want to go to Roma St. Parklands as well!

I just said Central... cause I know where it is. Lol, and I reckon it'd be easy to go anywhere from there.

So, we'll probably be going to the park lands (according to how many people have said they want to) and... anywhere else we feel like.

So, plan to get to Central around 10am, and we'll just wait til everyone arrives (unless told to meet them somewhere else).

Where about in the station should we meet - maybe the outside McDonald's (you can't get inside the station without a ticket...)

I have no credit on my mobile, so my phone probably won't be much use... but anyone want to share theirs via PM so we can keep in contact?

My dad just suggested that me and him take the cameras up to mt coot-tha again later on. One thing, i dont have a remote release for the 20d yet (everywhere i have been to wants $90 for it and i can get it for $70 from photobuff).

Would i get away with just using MLU, self timer and one of the set longer shutter speeds that the camera has?

Yeah i got mine from photobuff cos of the fact everywhere else wanted $90+ for them. Just got to get the tripod now lol

Yeh, we can car pool, just let me know what the baby has decided to do for the day. If you like I can pick you up? I can park in town for free at work:p. I'll have the tubes along so you can borrow mine if you like.

Since the destination appears to be Roma Street Parklands and the trains go to Roma Street....why don't we just meet there? Save the walk from Central.
