At riverfire we were sitting beside a big big big bunch of seht efrikans. It was different listening to Afrikaans all arvo/night instead of everyday english which was elsewhere around us.

We were with a huge bunch of them also. dont think it would have been same group as you though we were opposite the uni side.

Oh, when I was in Germany, after being surrounded by... Germans for two weeks, we got back on the plane, and I was sitting behind an Aussie couple. MY GOSH. I was like "Do we REALLY sound like that?" It was amazing that I could notice the accent. I was like, PHWOAR.

Oh, and I'd forgotten how to speak english properlly, so it was like.... "Wir horen gleich das?" Mein Gott.

Awwwwww...damn that dog :P

where are all the interstaters - there doesn't seem to be that many on the POTNAC thread. I know there are heaps of perthites, melbournites and sydneysiders on flickr. Is it just us Brissie people?? Well Brissie plus a few hanger ons.

Yeah, Ross would be a bit disappointed with the attendance of late.
Maybe they're all out taking photos instead of increasing their position on the post count board. (I'm looking at you Mrs Bell!)
