That's exactly the same article they had up an hour ago that said he was unconscious, only difference being the first paragraph and last line. They just changed "unconscious" to "dead"!

Lazy reporters.

oh, ooops:o, just means that both voltages are present on the pole. The accees procedures for working on these are redically different so we tend to specify whats on there so if people are scoping work they get a good idea of what would be involved.
