I use IPOWER WEB, they are very good and cheap too.

ipowerweb is good... I use a few... the cheaest being powweb.com. Can't go wrong for $7.77USD/month, and if you pay a year in advance, there are no set up fees. You get 1GB of space... and lots of extras. Good deal if you ask me.

for quick and dirty blogs use typepad.com - if you need fullblown hosting use addr.com <-- they rule. Reliable, fast, friendly, cheap
