There actually wasn't anyone watching it, but they keep the lights on all night, I assume to keep people from damaging parts of the building or stealing tools during the night.

I took a ton of pictures of this building and none of them were right, it was hard because all these cars were driving by and I didn't want them in the shot, but once they all left I realized that'd complete the feeling I was going for. I had my dad drive by the builiding a few times until I got this.

Nice job.. That's a tough one to get the right WB on.. I like the star effect on those street lamps.

I was suprised how it came out. I was going to adjust the WB in photoshop, but I see it didn't need it. I metered of the building lights and the other lights gave off their own color.
