Everyone behaves like they've never seen it before, crash their cars like crazy, the trains stop running, motorways become parking lots and people freeze in their cars.... Canon 6D

I was planning a ski trip for the coming weekend -- our school district had a planned teacher workday on monday, which meant a 3-day weekend, allowing travel. now, with that pathetic 1 inch snowfall, school is cancelled today, and monday's workday is now a school make-up day, so I loose my 3-d weekend and can't go skiing because it snowed. go figure. You in Wake County? ... next Monday is a work day at my son's school (I hope) ...

It's amazing how different parts of the country (and world) react to the elements differently. Like the picture shows a hint of snow will shut some southern areas down that rarely see snow. And other areas measure snow by the foot not the inch regularly. 7D MKII ■ 10-22 ■ 15-85 ■ 28-135 ■ Σ 50-150 ■ 70-200 f4L ■ 100-400L ■ 580EX II

Got up, had some coffee, got ready for work and grabbed the camera on the way out the door. I was very disappointed. We actually got about 2" at my house.
