Ok, yes, I can see how that would be a piece of cake in PS, but (I'm starting to feel like an idiot here) Is that really a model? Many things say yes, but the light trails seem a little too good.

No, it's real. It's the fake model city effect that is created in photoshop. If you look in the Urban Life subforum, with a little searching you SHOULD be able to find a thread or two with pictures of this type. I'm pretty sure someone on there started a thread in the last year where people could post their examples of the fake model city effect.

I did a little search myself and came up with one member who has posted quite a few pictures:

#3 will probably be redone in the spring if i still have my car or a different car, ill start further back just to get a trail, everyone loves that picture it is pretty fun,
friends idea+my camera and 13sec shutter speed+my driving technique=1very hot picture.

There are some things money cant buy for everything else theres CANON lol

EDIT:Now that i see where your location is, this was done at GSP in the Ikea indoor parking
