This was the closest forum category I could see to post these.

Just like Seinfeld was a show about nothing, these are some pictures of nothing. I bought a Canon 10D less than 2 weeks ago and I'm still learning, so I'm taking photos with different settings every chance I get. I took these today on my lunch break in the back of our building.

First is neat, patterns make for some interesting photographs. I think it would've been more effective straight on, but I like it as is.

so WHY are these in transportation vs another more appropriate forum? ;)

Well you could argue that pallets are moved about by fork lifts or they are usually have some sort of goods on them being transported by truck or rail, in this case though they are quite static so perhaps I would categorise them more suitable for the still life section. imho.

The shots look good to me! This forum never ceases to amaze me at all the what people can come up with to photograph! There's beauty in everything! Good work.

i like the first one a whole bunch. i have an interest in taking shots of mass amounts of things with fun grains, textures, and shapes. nice work. good luck.

Pallets are really neat when you shoot a stack from the corner with a fisheye :lol:

They are also great for practing DOF and focus on, especially when you have so many ;)
