I just ordered a new one for a couple hundred bucks because I really liked its stats and features vs its price. Sooo..to makeme feel better about emptying my wallet, show me your personal favorite shots that you've taken with your Sigma EF 500 Super firing. :)

I just got mine last week. I've been messing around with it. No serious stuff yet as I am still learning flash photography. This is my first flash.

Some examples (I'm still learning!)

First two taken with a Helios M42 60mm lens, some ambient light from the right, flash bounced off ceiling from the left with a Better Bounce Card attached.

This was in a gym using my 17-85, with flash as fill lighting.

I got mine the other day as well, I love its features for its price. I had the choice between a 580ex, 430ex and the Sigma Super Flash and I went with it. Seems like it will do a fine job as my first external flash piece.

I dont have the time to attach these to this post, but here are some shots I did with mine this weekend.....all shots taken with the flash straight up and bounced off SOMETHING....
