My daughter pointed out this spill to me on the parking lot of our Mall and insisted that I take a picture. I think it is actually pretty neat with the circular pattern that the rainbow made...just wanted to share.:D

Okay, it definitely looked like it was moving when I first saw it. Did you adjust the colors any or was that how it actually appeared?

I upped the contrast just a tiny bit, but that is all that I did. It was really clear on the pavement where it appeared.
