and why does it make me giggle that he's wearing socks in #2 :P (tough guys feet get cold too!)

In pic 1 would like to see his face or crop off all of the head. The crop across the nose looks wrong but overall I like the pic. In 2 just get rid of the socks.

yeah, well the flaws such as the socks werent my concern at the time. we were focusing on his body size. But i fixed it anyways, ha. picture number 1, I cropped it like this because i cut off the top of his head and it didnt look as good with out one.

he has only been doing the competitions for about two years now, but he's been lifting since he was a teenager. he's 28 now. i will post some pictures that really show his size later, hes a big guy, the pictures dont serve much justice.

eek! That last shot is a little too much muscle for me...I like those skinny (but in shape) guys.

I think editing out the socks is just what that other shot needed :D

Don't Black and Whites usually show more detail than color on bodybuilders?

yeah black and whites look really good, but you have to up the contrast quite a bit, which is what i normally do to the color ones anyways. it really pulls out the shadows and makes nice canals. thanks for the feedback guys
