SunPak 383 -- Where can I find a manual?

So I got a SunPak Auto 383 Super flash for my Dad. But he lost the user manual. Where can I find one?

I tried the SunPak website (ToCad Energy Co. Ltd.), but they don't list a downloadable manual for the 383. Where else can I look?
