I like the grape images, but the harsh lighting is blowing out parts and underexposing others.

You may be able to...

Did you shot the image in RAW? If so you can render out an image for the best overall exposure like what you have now, a version exposing the highlights, and a version for the shadows. Then in a photo editing program blend the images together.

That stated, I still enjoy the images of the grapes. Next time when going out for a shoot try the evening or early morning light. Shooting miday light is not the easiest to work with.
