hey to y'all. for all you a630 owners, is it just me or is this camera somewhat flimsy? to me, the zoom lever and the lens thing at the front doesn't seem to secure. is this jst the norm?

The A620's certainly not as robust as my old A80, but it seems to be reasonably hardy where it counts.

Seems fine to me ... I change the lens cover at the front with the lens adapter sometimes ... make sure its clipped in correctly (when youre unscrewing ,the 'line on the camera' and the line on the 'lens cover' line up - they should not be close if its secure) - Page 121 onwards of the advanced user guide to be sure.

I guess the zoom is a little flimsy - isn't quite as precise as i'd like also.

I am curious Robu...do you like your telephoto lens (Canon TC-DC58N 58mm 1.75x Teleconverter Lens) for the A630? Have heard pros and cons.
