It took me way too long to get to this point. Don't know if I deserve the "Senior" label, though (age notwithstanding ;)).

Anyway. For this milestone I though I'd throw up our family Christmas card portrait taken last Thanksgiving. That's my wife, Kim, our two boys Pierce and Michael and our puppy named Sophie.

I setup the camera on a tripod with exposure and focus locked in and my father-in-law just pressed the button until we figgered we had a good chance of one being acceptable.

LOL :lol: She has some dark skin markings around her lips which make her look mad if the lights just right. She's slowly growing out of that goofy look, though.

I used the 430EX as fill since we were in the shade.

What I didn't see was a nasty reflection off a window behind us which beamed a bright patch onto my sons face and my shirt. A little careful burning made it less distracting.
