help for s30 manual online

Hi,

I need help. I just got an s30 bought in Hong Kong. However, the instruction manual included is in Japanese. Might anyone have any other idea where I can get the English version of its manual online apart from the Canon or powershot websites? Or maybe someone here has a soft copy? I may be emailed at terwints@badgirl.co.jp. Thanks!

I'm not sure why you want to avoid the manuals listed on Powershot.com. As far as I know, the English manuals are all the same.

Just like to say thanks to Rustle, I live in Japan and also just bought an S30. Same problem on the manual score and same resolution, thanks.

As for price, in Japan the S30 sells at between Yen49,800 ~ 59,800. That's around US$380 ~ 460.

The S40 for an additional Yen 10,000.
