darn. how do i get a replacement?

i just got a 400mm f/5.6 but look at this rubber grip. do i send it back to B&H or can i get it fixed locally or have a local place send it to canon?

**** if that is a new lens, send that bad boy back and make them pay the return postage. Damaged goods my man.

well, i'm not sure this is B&H's deal, it was all wrapped in bubble wrap inside the carrying case etc... i guess that's why i'm wondering if i need to contact canon or B&H.

i'll just call B&H tomorrow.

EDIT well i guess that's it, B&H just said to send it back to them and they'll exchange. cool.
