ZoomBrowser EX Automatically Opening

I find it kind of annoying that ZoomBrowser automatically opens when I transfer the images off my camera (IXUS 800 IS) to my computer, because I don't use ZoomBrowser at all, I just organise the images through Windows, and then edit pictures as necessary.

Is there any way to stop it opening when I transfer images? I looked in preferences and whatnot, but there's no option to just do nothing on transfer event. I also tried the Camera preferences in My Computer with the camera connected, but there is no option to customize the image transfer event.

Can anyone help?

If you don't use zoombrowser at all, can't you just delete it from your computer?

There's an option in ZB (which varies with the version) which will let you disable auto-download.

I think you misunderstood. I don't use ZB to download the images off my camera. I plug my camera in, and Camera Window opens, and when I download the images using that, after it's finished, it automatically opens ZB, which I guess is the programs way of doing "View the folder location" which is what I have it set to in the Camera Window preferences. What I want to do is to stop it automatically opening ZB.

And, yes, Saralonde, I could uninstall ZB, but I don't entirely not use it, I still do use it occasionally, for different stuff. Or when I don't want to wait for Photoshop to load ;)

If you're using the Canon Camera Window, that's part of ZB, so of course the rest of ZB will open when you're done d/l ing.
