WB seems to be off on second picture (5D). You should use same "crop", with same settings, for testing bodys.

I love that WB off, but for you i did little pp and i don't know if it is better, anyway, as long the both shots are different settings then doesn't matter.

Test Result 1: 1- 1Ds MarkII
2- 5D
All what i want to say is that both shots are 100% crop, both at same settings with same lens, all @ ISO 3200. Galleries:
