Good use of the Channel Mixer in the 4th. Seriously sweet piece of kit in the 3rd. Please elaborate....

71 SB was my first car...bright Orange though. It was a fun car to drive. Except in the Winter, when you had to wait for the heater/defroster to start working...which it never did well. Um, and in the Summer...no A/C, you know? But other than that, it was a blast. Really...I wouldn't mind having another.

Great job on the last two shots. Looks like you've done a fine job on the car too!

Nice pics of a well preserved/restored Bug, love the effect of the 4th one.

As soon as I can afford a 2nd car, it'll be a Beetle (or a VW Bus). My dad has a business fixing air-cooled (well, he does the maintenance on them, since they never break down!), I basically grew in the garage. Sadly, I wasn't interested in mechanic back then, but I've always been fond of these cars...

What's that 3rd pulley? ??? Supercharger?

Nice car, I have a few, mostly drive a 61 ragtop.

The small pulley is part of a sepentine belt system that will prevent the belt from flying off when turning at a high RPM. Looks like a nice engine too, should be able to have fun with it :)
