So I just recently got Photomatix, so I obviously had to give it a go. I had no 'true' HDR images ready to roll, so I cheated a bit and just saved 3 different adjusted raw files for this. I felt the colors came out well on this, and it wasn't over exagerated like i've seen many HDR images. I shot this with my new (to me) Tamron 28-75, which I'm starting to like quite a lot! Let me know what you think of it, thanks!

It would be good to see what the images were like before HDR. Nice photo, shame you didn't get the very bottom of his mouth in though.

This is the picture without the HDR. It was hard getting a good composition, because this is a really big horse!

It was a nice shot (apart from the edge of his mouth and I'd perhaps have had a go at removing the post at the edge of the picture I find that a bit distracting) before the HDR....but it works really well...very nice.

Yeah I agree it works really well. I like the before also, I think the snow looks more lifelike in the original but like the warmer tones in the HDR. God this is confusing :-)
