Novoflex Panorama-VR system

Does anyone have experience with this tripod mountsystem. It looks as if it would be very good. I have tried to search the forum to no avail

It was featured in an article in the December PhotoPro and looks pretty good. RRS has something similar but I have not used either.

Here you use the ballhead to level the rotating panning base, which sits atop your ballhead.
With the RRS equipment a spirit level in the clamp and another in the Nodal slide makes for quick leveling. The nodal slide is really quite long and should provide enough set back for any lens to 200mm so that your nodal point is at the axis of rotation.

and go to page 49 for a close up of the nodal slide and you can see it has a centering mark. The RRS L brackets also have a centering mark on both landscape and portrait orientations allowing you to shoot panos in either direction and get the lens perfectly aligned over the rotating axis.
Anyway the panning clamp/nodal rail combination is quick to use and make stitching panos much easier.
