I was shopping for cards this morning and noticed some stores are offering a company-sponsored instant rebate from sandisk. this is not a mail in rebate, but instant savings from sandisk passed thru the store. two stores I found offering the discounts are compusa and staples.
the discounts are substantial. for example, the 2G ultra II cards I'm getting is usually $110 at staples. After $45 sandisk discount and $20 staples discount, the final price is $45. as a benchmark, b&h price without shipping is $60. unfortunately, the offer ends tomorrow - 1/27/2007
