Good compact for macro (taking pics of jewellery)

Hi I am looking for a small compact camera that I can keep in my pocket and be able to take pictures of small jewellery with it e.g earings. What would you guys suggest please?

Have just got the Ixus 900 TI and was amazed at the macro facility on it,have a look at this thread with some images that i have taken with it on the macro setting.

which shows Canon's line of P&S. IMO, the SD500 had lower noise (at ISO 50) than the SD900 does (at ISO 80), but both are pretty darn good at macro shots if you don't have a DSLR. If you're interested, I can post more pics from either my SD500 or SD900.
